Browser redirects

Both Firefox & IE8 browsers redirected to some b/s sites (BudgetMatch, AsktoFriends, Toseeka, etc) I've run MBAM, Spybot, & AVG's rootkit scan, nothing found. Another forum suggested ComboFix; however, it came with a warning - don't attempt w/o help. HJT file attached. Thanks in advance..

NM: looks like you guys are busy. HitmanPro scan says rootkit probable variant of Aurleon, but wouldn't remove it; TDSS did. Happy Holidays
