Hello everyone. I would like to introduce my self. My Name is RJ (Russell JR) or russjr08/RJ12 on the Internet. I really don't know a great way to introduce myself other than telling you what I know about computers.

I do know a lot about Windows and Linux, but am iffy on Macs because I have never used one. My current main OS (which changes a lot sometimes) is Windows 7. I like to consider my self a novice in Linux though (I can get my way through a lot, and fix a lot of problems my self, but I am not usually as good as helping others in Linux). In Windows, I am more smarter as I have been using it longer, and can fix others' problems and can usually fix my own. I am not a "Professional" as some might say, but I can get my way around and know a lot more than my friends expect. I have done programming in a few languages, but have never had the time to finish one (My strongest ones would be VB (Windows) and Python (Linux). Although I do have a book for Java just sitting in my closet. But many people say it isn't that powerful of a language and is slow. Well I don't know, I know that sometimes the applets that I use are slow, but isn't Android built on top of Java? And know that I think of it, I am going to try going through it eventually.

Anyway, I am a responsible, respectful person, and would never be rude to anyone (unless I do it not thinking I am). It isn't a good explanation, but if you would like to know anything else about me (not getting to personal) I would be happy to answer them! :)

If you have spent any length of time using various versions of Windows, you have naturally had a lot of experience fixing problems.
Compliments of the season, and welcome to BC!
Regards,
John
