I posted this in Am I Infected? What do I do?, but I think it may be more appropriate here in Am I hacked? What do I do?

I keep getting tons of email From: Mail Delivery System. Subject: Delivery Status Notification. All emails say : This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after (different values - mins or hours). and followed by an email address that I have no idea who it belongs to. Does this mean my email has been hacked? I ran a comprehensive Norton Security Suite scan but nothing was detected. What do I do?

My domain is @comcast.net and all the senders of the various emails also have a @comast.net domain.

I don't know if I'm hacked or if I'm infected, but I really need to clean this because it's been 4 days since this began and the emails keep coming. Someone please help.
