Hey my Gif Christmas Card isn't moving, is it my PC or is it TinyPics,

I have it posted in General Chat for Christmas Card, . .

but it ain't movin, . .
I went to direct layout on the Iternet and it ain't movin there either ?

Thanks, . . It must be, . . my PC is maxed out with 500 MB RAM, and I have a lot running on the PC with a lot on my browser, . . ?
