Just a note to all of you just like me that depend on "expert users" to detect and troubleshoot issues with viruses, malware and otherwise. Specially I would like to commend "Elise" that has helped several of you and I notice her care an concern and the way selfishless of her answers. I hope more of you would take heed of the excelent service and charitable nature of this person.
Thank you Elise for your help! I hope when I need assistance that someone like you will help me resolve my issues and I hope all out there appreciate the time you invest in helping strangers, nevertheless, to all you moderators thank you, thank you.
Sincerely, ERCarrera - Florida
