Sugarsync Manager

Me and my Uncle have the same laptops. We both had this Sugarsync Manager show up on the desktop at about the same time. He clicked on it and it took his PC over. I have tried to just delete the Icon and it will not let me. How can I get rid of this and does anyone know what it is?
