Basically whenever I move my mouse across my computer screen my computer tower makes this really annoying buzz-like noise, any ideas why?

It could be the hard drive making that buzz noise.

What do you mean is it only when you move the mouse or is it anything else?
Try moving your case away from anything it would be vibration against
