You could start by supplying some more information.

I presume that you are using Windows XP since it is posted in this forum, but what Service Pack does it have?

If you go to the Control Panel and open Automatic Updates, what option is enabled?

Are you receiving an error message when this happens?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
