Working on a laptop for friend. Dell Inspiron N5010 running Windows 7 gets as far as "Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller Series v1.19 (08/10/09) and locks up and goes no further. have removed and replaced ram and checked boot menu and so forth. No luck. Any Suggestions?

Are you able to boot up in Safe Mode?

No cannot boot up in safe mode.
