Just passing some info along.

I have XP pro,IE8 and YahooToll Bar.
Yesterday when I opened my IE it keeped freezing. Trying to reopen.
I htought I have a Virus or something.
Ran Everything, Malaware, SuperSpyware, AVG....found nothing.

So I just thought of trying IE without the add-ons.
So I disabled all the add-ons.
I turned on each add-on one at a time.
When I turned on the YahooTool Bar, it froze.
Deleted it and now everyting is back to normal.

So just keep it in the back of your mind when everything else works and IE freezes on opening.
It just might be the Yahoo Tool Bar.

Hope it helps someone....I was sure puzzled. :clapping:
