Restore Missing Toolbar

Toolbar has disappeared - know this should be simple - how to get it back up?

If you are talking IE...try hitting the F11 key. Accidentally hitting this key causes the toolbar panel to disappear/reappear.

I found this out the hard way :), but it's covered at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/custombrowser.mspx .
