Hello, first time poster here. I did however read all the "New Poster" type information, so i have the DDS.txt log, also the attach.txt log, and the Ark.log files. I'm sorry I don't have any specific information about what type of infection I may have, I found that TDL3 rootkit infection mentioned in the dds log.

The symptoms are:

When using Firefox and going to google and searching for anything, when the results pop up and i click one, im redirected to another page, typically an advertisement of some kind for working at home, earn $217/hr by investing in ______, etc. I can open up about 10 tabs of the same link and eventually it does go to the correct link but that's a pain. Also random popups when a browser window is open, also it continues to happen even though I've got AVG, Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes, and Windows Defender - none ever show any signs of infection. Another symptom is it is taking a longer and longer time to do simple tasks, such as right click on the audio button in the toolbar and it taking 15 seconds to come up. Another example is clicking on Firefox to start it and it also takes 15 seconds. Just now I'm researching a little bit to see what the TDL3 rootkit is and it appears that's what I've got. Symptoms match what is happening to me.

Here's my DDS log:

I have attached the Ark log and the Attach log, both zipped up. Wasn't sure to include the Attach.txt file or not, one post says dont attach unless asked for, but then in the post it contradicts itself and says to attach it to your post. So there it is if you need it.

And I truly appreciate your help in this matter.
