burning xp disc

I have a windows xp media center version dvd disc can I burn a copy onto a regular disc?

If by regular disc you mean a CD. Then the answer is probably no. I do not know the size of Media Center but a DVD will hold over 4 Gigs of data. A CD only around 700 MB.
