I opened my outlook the other day and it will not show new emails. It says "cannot display the folder. The file C:\Documents and Settings\Brandon\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and then try again. You might need to restart your computer."

I restarted it several times, and I get the same response.
