PC Shutdown problem

please help on this regards

When my Desktop PC shutdown, then it will shutdown and restart automatically. Please give me a solution for this trouble
(one of my friend said windows crashed) but its properly working

System manufacturer and model?

Any onscreen error messages?

How long has this been going on?

What changes were made that might have triggered the reboot loop?

Can you boot into safe mode?

Can you try the Last Known Good Configuration setting?
