Okay so recently I removed 29 trojans/virus/spyware off my computer.. during at which webpages loaded 100% perfectly. The moment these intrusions were quarantined. A high amount of 'packet loss' seemed to occur (i think thats what you refer to it as). So I said stuff it..

I returned the computer to factory state, reformatting the pc entirely.

The packet loss problem still exists and its increasingly frustrating to load a webpage, in chrome. it gets stuck on Sending Data, eventually it goes to Page cannot be found, stylesheets (css) seem to only load half waay... on this page I can press refresh and 99% of the time it works immediately.

Any help is greatly appreciated. As after reformatting; I can only point fingers at ISP but the thing that has me stumped.. These issues only EVER occurred after quarantining with ESET Online Scanner.

As you can see.. Empty computer.
Vodafone Mobile Connect is my ISP, I have a HUWAI K3765 Wireless USB Dongle connected to a 3G network. the only reason i'm not blaming them just yet. is that these problems only occurred after i removed the trojans etc..
