Hi BleepingComputer.

I have been having issues with my computer lately (Slow internet, Window's explorer crashing when searching
through My documents etc..).
My antivirus and malware detectors are not picking anything up other then tracking cookies.. which is definately a problem.

Now, having a look at my System32 folder I found some pretty suspicious looking files named;

BMXBkpCtrlState-{00000006-00000000-00000002-00001102-00000004-10071102}.rfx
BMXCtrlState-{00000006-00000000-00000002-00001102-00000004-10071102}.rfx
BMXState-{00000006-00000000-00000002-00001102-00000004-10071102}.rfx
BMXStateBkp-{00000006-00000000-00000002-00001102-00000004-10071102}.rfx
DVCState-{00000006-00000000-00000002-00001102-00000004-10071102}.rfx

There are also some suspicious looking files from last month named;
ConduitEngine.tmp
perfc009.dat
perfh009.dat
settings.sfm
settingsbkup.sfm
PerfStringBackup.INI

Also, could someone tell me why I cannot navigate my folders by clicking on them? I have to use the "Folders" Sidebar to navigate my way through my computer which is rather annoying!

I am running Windows XP.

When navigating my 'downloads' folder I get this message a lot and my computer will freeze.

Thanks In advance!
