I'm not sure what happened to my last request for help?? I submitted it on Thanksgiving day and subscribed to the thread to get notified when a reply was made. Not having heard anything, I just checked for my original post and it is gone. I had checked a couple of times in the past few weeks and did see that I was still in line for help, but now it's gone??

I have a Dell laptop with Windows XP Pro. I have been getting notices from Kasperky that various entities are trying to get access to my passwords. I tell it not to allow it. I have also gotten notices from Kaspersky that trojans were attacking, but they were stopped. However, I ran an Eset scan a few weeks ago and it picked up a virus that must have gotten past. I cleaned it, but my computer is still running very, very slowly and totally freezes up at times. When I do Ctrl+alt+del I can see that my CPU is running at 100% even though all windows are closed. I'm not have redirecting issues. I think my computer needs some deep cleaning.

Thank you.
