Hello somebody clever,

when I start my computer a box comes up that says windows explorer has to close down, which it does, and then I can hardly access anything, especially my computer or control panel.

I have the lowest amount of computer knowledge in the world and would need step by step help

Start in Safe mode, and run a virus scan to rule out possible infection.
