I have a photosmart c4280 and a officejet j4540 and when I try to scan from the first one I get "usb not connected" It is connected and I print just fine. On the Officejet, it says"no scan options" I downloaded the basic drivers again with same results. I do get and error " TrayApp.msi " cannot find. Anybody got a clue??? Thanks

thanks for the reply. I went to the link and installed the driver, but it made no change in the results. I reloaded the drivers for the officejet and it still doesn't show the HP solution Center.
