Nonspecific infection, dumping tons of cookies/hijacking

I've been battling some rather annoying spyware/malware for the past few days. It is basically a browser hijack which redirects to various fake Antispyware sites or more recently, just shows me a directory listing for my C drive in the browser window. It's also dumping tons of adware cookies onto my system and seems to be disabling my workgroup connection to my other machines. I've run Malwarebytes Antimalware, Spy Sweeper, Ad Aware and SuperAntiSpyware and it has definitely gotten a little better but the infection is still there.
