Hello,

My name is Belle and I am new to bleepingcomputer. It was advice to me by a friend as my computer keeps shuting itself down while I am using it. I can only ise it on safe mode with networking and it's annoying.

I am not sure what to download to scan my computer in order to remove any malware are causing my computer to shut itself down. I follow several instruction but it takes me to a different page each time and its very frustrated. Can anyone help and tell me what exactly I need to download.
