Hey Guys...I need ur help please...I had to recently do a complete system restore and HP prompted me to create back-up discs of my photos, documents, etc...I did this, but when I installed the back-up discs, it created a folder with all the info on the dosc, but the files were in an unrecognizable format...I used a program from Microsoft that HP told me to use, but the files are still now available...Is there a program I can use that will put the files and docs back in theit original state in their default (or orevious) location? If not I would be happy just to be able to open the files, etc.. in their original format and send them manually to the proper destination...Any help would be much appreciated.
