When I hit ctrl+alt+delete and get the list of programs running I see something called "pcschok", I have no idea what this is. I tried looking on Google but I had no luck. If this is spyware or other junk I'd like to get rid of it.

Shanapdx, post a Hijackthis log, here. Download the program. Start and run it, click scan and then right-click -->copy. Open a new topic here and right-click -->paste. :thumbsup: Using HijackThis
