Type explorer.exe in the open Task Manager Run box, and press the <ENTER> key.

What happens?

Please follow the removal guide at the following link:

Remove ThinkPoint (Uninstall Guide)

The MBAM log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM. Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.

Please post the log and let us know how the system is running now.

What happened to your MBAM log? It appears that email system at your place of employment may have scrambled the text? Please try again.

I am not sure what you have done so far. Please follow the instructions in steps #1 through to #8 of the ThinkPoint Uninstall Guide in an attempt to get your normal desktop display back again. If that is successful, continue on with the instructions.

Let us know if you are still having trouble, and exactly what you have done so far, and what is happening.
