Pc freeze during game then windows hangs on logo screen

Hi friends, I was playing starcraft II today and for no reason my computer freezes up. After hitting the reset button it freezes up again at windows 7 logo screen. Now im unable to boot any avg rescue, windows repair, recovery or installation always freezes up when loading files. Safe mode dont want to boot up too it stops again when loading files. It looks weird. I passed all memory and HDD test with UBCD. Someone told me if my machine doesnt want to boot any windows cd its probably an hardware failure but witch part is dead, Please Help me!

If your CD-ROM isn't set as the first device in the boot order of the BIOS you will not be able to boot from the CD. Is it set as the first device?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
