HI everyone,

On a friend's computer, not mine, I tried to install a wireless router. It's a netgear n150. followed the install directions and voila! no router detected. All the disk can offer is the same instructions over and over.

I went to the netgear forum, and unfortunately, the 'tech' that was posting did not have the same command of English that I do and his instructions were unintelligible to me.
I have heard that this happens often. Any suggestions?

Sharon

Your best option is to call Netgear. Router companies are pretty good with providing free help.

Okay, I'll do that. Their forum was of no help, and I hear negative stories about calling, but I'll give it a try. Thanks for the response!!
