windows 7 twin hardrives

hi, i wish to install 7, my os at the moment is xp pro i have two internal hard drives 1c:/ at 250 gig, 1e:/ at 169 gig, i transfered my docs to drive e to help spread the load ( back ups are on a 169 gig external drive ). my question is, is it possible to do the same idea with 7
