My brother broke the line in connector on his toshiba laptop. He said it broke loose from the case from the tension on his stereo system's cable. I told him his best bet to fix it since it was out of warranty was to buy a warranty with parts and labor. I bought one for my hp and it was over $100 for one year. He only paid $300 for the computer so is it worth it to buy this warranty or is there another solution to getting the mini audio connector replaced?
