Friend's computer dectects no audio device.

Hey, posting this for a friend.

Thought i'd get her to send me a speccy. Here it is.

She tells me the sound originally was working then once she "moved it too her room" it no longer worked.

msinfo32, dxdiag and speccy all detect no sound cards.

can anyone help?

The first thing I'd have her do, is open the case and double/triple check all of the connections, to make sure nothing came loose.
If this happened during a move, that's the first thing I would suspect.
