I noticed sometimes when I bootup..it takes 20 Seconds (After windows loading screen)

But most of the time its 5 minutes. I dont have many things starting up. Its irritating, and the times it boots up after 20 seconds, the system freezes up and I have to hold the power button to turn it off and back on. I want the 20 second speed so bad..I noticed that the Network Icon has the loading orb on it for 2 minutes..i tried updating my driver for it, well it did not do jack.. I dont understand this..I ran scans with malwarebytes, and AVG, came clean.

I have also noticed every once and a while (look at log) I am running those programs all at the same time, and my mouse likes to jump around, like there is lag, and my CPU meter is not maxed out, nor is the ram. I am simply baffled...and I am a pc tech too..it should not be like this..speed to me is everything..

Here is a startup list from Hijackthis
