Hi,

Yesterday Windows Defender detected Backdoor:Win32/Cycbot.B on my computer. As other users have stated, I no longer could access the internet with Firefox. I do understand the dangers of this trojan and I immediately disconnected the infected computer from the internet anyway. I tried following the instructions I saw posted on another thread that said to use Dr.Web CureIt in Safe Mode. The problem is that when I go to run the full scan, my computer always shuts down in the middle of it and the scan never completes. I have followed the instructions for requesting help and have posted and attached the necessary logs. This site has been a lifesaver in the past and I truly appreciate everyone's help. Thank you so much in advance.
