I've been battling this computer for a week. I think there are multiple viruses. Of course this happens at the worst time...right when I need to do some online Christmas shopping! Lol

I've run runkill, malwarebytes (checked for updates first). I did this numerous times. I've saved it to my desktop and renamed it explorer.exe. It found a few viruses last week which I had removed but now it is running slow and loud. I get pop ups. I ran it again today and there were no threats detected but my computer is still running slow and loud. Sometimes my desktop icons don't load. What should I do? Thanks!

One message I received yesterday was in box that read:

The instruction at 0x100126de referenced memory 0x0349e6c8. Memory could not be written.

Then I clicked OK.

I get numerous popups from Walmart saying I won a $100 gift card. My pop up blocker is enabled.
