When I turn on my computer it says '.Net framework 2.0 is required to run Catalyst Control Center. Please Download and install from Microsoft website'

Ok, so I look for .Net framework 2.0, but all i get is a .Net framework 2.0 redistributable package. I thought it would work so i download it, but the same message still pops up when I turn on my computer.

Will .Netframe 3.0 work with ATI Catalyst Control Center?

How can I make ATI work?

Network 2.0 is called for...but I find that installing 3.5, SP1 works. It will install some elements of 2.0, 3.0, and 3.5.

In theory 2.0 should have worked but it's been a long time since release of it.
