Ok, so I have a HP 6540f and we installed an image of the computer that we were using before and slapped it on. It came with Windows 7 but the image has windows xp on it. For some reason I am getting a Blue Screen of Death that is giving me a ati 2dvag error or something like that. All I know is it has to do with the video care. I have tried to uninstall the card and restart and it loads back up again and still gets the blue screen. I want to know what to do because this person that is getting the blue screen has a very important role in the company and we can't have him always getting these errors.

Please help me ASAP!

If it's an image and you get driver errors...I'd have to say that the image is not appropriate for that system...or the image is defective.

You cannot use an image from a different system...and not expect problems. Drivers and system settings would be different.

You also cannot use an image for an O/S that is not licensed for that system.
