Tools>Account settings>Server settings, UN-check "Leave messages on server". That will delete messages on server as soon, as you download them to your computer.

With the window open that you want to take the Screenshot of, press the Print Screen/SysRq Key (next to F12 on the keyboard).
If you only want a screenshot of an active window within the main window press ALT+Print Screen/SysRq.

Now open Microsoft Paint by pressing Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint.

This will open the Paint window.
On the menu bar at the top left, click on Edit and select Paste. This will put your screenshot in the Paint window.

Next, click File on the menu bar and click Save As.

In the drop-down box that appears, where it shows File name replace the highlighted Untitled with a suitable name.
In the Save as type box press the down arrow and select JPEG from the list of options.
In the Save in box at the top press the down arrow and navigate to Desktop and select it then press Save at the bottom.

Attach the file to your next reply.

I see now what's going on.
You have your email set to IMAP, while I use POP3.

More info:
http://www.upperhost.com/pop3imap.htm

It allows you to download e-mails from the server to your e-mail program the same as POP does. However, the difference is that when you request your e-mail from the server it sends a copy rather than sending the entire e-mail.
It then synchronizes both so that they have the same information.

For example, if you delete messages, compose more and have sent others, this information will be synced up with the IMAP server so that the IMAP server will delete the copies of the messages that were deleted.

So, if you delete email on the server, because IMAP always synchronize server and your computer, message on your computer will be deleted too.
That's explains why you don't have that option, I have.

Unless you switch to POP3, I don't see any other solution for you.
