Added memory now have severe lag in video files.

Just filled all the memory slots in my computer, using Widows XP. I now have a delay when I run YouTube videos that I did not have before.
Video runs 15 seconds then halts while loading next segment. Also have same delay occasionally when minimizing a program or using the
red X button to end a program.

Cannot get Speccy Snapshot to copy to clip board.
