After closing the remote Outlook on the webpage the Outlook on my laptop showed error messages for the inbox. “Cannot display info” and the dialogue box stated “the message interface has returned an unknown error. If this persists restart Outlook.
I’ve restarted and rebooted several times without any luck.
I’m error checking and defragging now. If this doesn’t work is there a way to reassociate the folders/files? The data management seems to be looking in the correct folders.
