I have been posting here.http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic364031.html/page__gopid__2039649#entry2039649
..and have decided with help from Louis that perhaps we are looking at a different problem. It is frustrating. Some of the created ai files are not accessible.. which has caused a major issue with us.

2 weeks ago we had the Think Point virus. I was sure I removed it manually since malwarebytes and the anti-virus was not finding anything. I think something is hiding and I don't know what to do from here. We even restored to a previous date and still. We followed the removal guide for Think Point on this site.

Still the computer hangs.. cannot operate more than one program at a time and it even locked on deleting temp internet files in IE8.
We had to postpone business since we cannot access.

What should I do?
