I recently purchased a new Sony Vaio F-series with an I-5 Processor and it's running Windows 7.
My question to anyone who can help is this......

How can I cleanup this cpu, It has a TONNE of Applications running on it, and I'm not sure what I need and do not need, what can or can't be removed. I would like to be just down to the core programs I need and use regularily, any advise on clearing all the crap off.....I\m currenly running 88 processes in task manager.

Please help!

ahhh the manufacture freebies.. Most of them can be removed through the control panel, programs and features. Just be sure not to uninstall your drivers.
