System recovered from a serious error

Hello,

Every so often I get the following error after logging in, "The system has recovered from a serious error". The system was previously cleaned of malware infections and I assumed the error was related, but it still comes up randomly after startup.

Event Viewer shows the following:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: System Error
Event Category: (102)
Event ID: 1003
Date: 11/30/2010
Time: 10:46:47 AM
User: N/A
Computer:
Description:
Error code 1000007e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 804ee120, parameter3 ba50ba10, parameter4 ba50b70c.
