regardless of what type of disc I burn on this laptop, either it be a movie, photos, music or whatever, they only work on the laptop, they will not play in another computer, dvd player or cd player at all, its the most stupidest problem I've ever come across. If I transfer the files to another computer weather it be my favourite Apple computer or a windows desktop computer I have no problems at all, all the problem lie in this stupid latptop. When I first got it, the disc drive was set on Region Free but if I wanted to watch a DVD and all mine are Australian Region 4 it would tell me it was not in the correct region code or something, but set on region free it should play all but it wouldn't so I had to set it on region 4 and all was ok but it is this burning. Dunno if anyone has ever come across this. My Apple computer is away getting a new DVD drive put in under warranty so I'm stuck with this laptop. Its fine for everything else except burning.
