Hey, I'm looking at building my own rig, but I need a CPU Cooler and a Power Supply. So far what I am going to get is:

Antec Twelve Hundred Case
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Motherboard Rev2
Intel Core i7 950
Corsair CMX4GX3M1A1333C9 4GB (2x4GB) DDR3
Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB WD5001AALS
Western Digital Green 500GB WD5000AADS
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 460 1GB Overclocked

Can you please recommend one for me or help me find one please? Also for the cooler try find one at around 60-100$ AUD and the Power Supply at around 150-210$ AUD

1000 watts is a overkill and your build does not use SLI format. The difference between them is the watts.
