I can't figure out how to get the size down on ccproxy.

I know it is from norton parental controls. I have tried to turn parental controls off, ended the process, then restarted the computer. Great! no ccproxy on task list. Then as soon as I turn the parental controls back on - important because kids using computer - the memory usage is back to 100+k.

I'm sure that's one thing that's slowing things down on my system. I've been able to do other clean ups that I have found in this and other sources....just can't seem to find a clear answer on ccproxy.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
