A few months ago my husband downloaded something called Antivirus Pro to our laptop computer thinking it was a legitimate virus protection. Then we discovered that it was not after talking to two different local computer guys. The First said that they charge $90 an hour, yes I said $90 AN HOUR to Fix the problem. Well im straped for cash right now so i went to another computer "expert" who introduced to me to Spybot Search and Destroy and claimed it would fix the problem. Well I had him put it on the computer(but he left before the scan finished because he claimed he didn't want to babysit the computer while it scanned through over all the files). It(spybot search and destroy) did its search and found Win32.FraudLoad.edt on my computer. When i clicked fix, like the so called computer expert said,it said it couldn't remove for some reason or another. So I have ran out of options and I NEED HELP ASAP!!!! i am worried wether this is a legit site or not because i dont need extra viruses on here the ones i have are enough!I will greatly accept any solutions

Hello,

TDSS killer is designed to remove a specific infection. Please note that similar symptoms can be caused by different infections and need to be handled differently. Please do not run TDSS killer at this point.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
