I just wanna know if this a good casual gaming computer. I am looking to play at least Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3.

If the Video card is the problem, what video card can I buy so I can play them with decent graphics?

Not really. The Core2Duo is barely the bottom of the line for gaming IMO. The video card(s) are both worthless. The case itself is to small to add any real firepower to since air flow and card height restrictions will severly hamper your options.
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.
