I have a Trojan called Trojan.bamital on Windows 7 and every time I try and remove it I get a blue screen. I first noticed something was wrong when I would click on a link from Google and it would go to some random website. I ran SpyDoctor and it found the trojan but when I tried to erase it it blue screened. I went out and bought McAfee, thinking it might work better, and I had to go into safe mode just to have it download properly. Then after a several hour scan it didn't even find the virus. Lastly, I got StopZilla and that bluescreened during the scan. My computer has bluescreened at least 20 times in the past 2 days from trying to erase this virus.

I found something that said how to manually erase the virus but it said to go to my processes and end any that were trojan.bamital. The problem with that is that none of them are called that. I think the virus may have corrupted the system so that when I try to erase it it thinks I'm erasing Windows or something and bluescreens.

Luckily, I have bootcamp on my Mac so it's just the Windows half that's messed up. But, I really need it fixe because I'm a week away from finals and I have projects that need to be done on Word, which I don't have on the Mac side.

Please help me!

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
