Freeware to easily find performance bottleneck

Hello everyone,

Navigating my favorites website this morning, I found a great apps to monitor what happen in realtime on your PC (on cybernetnews.com). The best feature of this software is in my opinion the "bottleneck monitoring". The app sit on the desktop (you can trigger keep on top) and when the system is waiting for the CPU or hard disk, SystemMonitor warn you with an easy to read GUI.
