I am suffering from the well-known, dreaded internet direct problem. When I click on a result, whether it be in Google or yahoo, perhaps others, but G and Y are the only two I care to use, I am redirected to somewhere else in which I have no interest. I run Malwarebytes, which finds nothing, I run Spybot and all it finds is that my windows security has been disabled. I realize that is a different issue which in time I also hope to get help in resolving. Additionally I have tried many other recommended solutions, with either no or temporary luck. For now, however, the dreaded redirect issue is the one most irking me. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am running Vista 32. The problem happens in both IE and Firefox. Thank you.
