Today MSE picked up Backdoor:Win32/Cycbot.B

http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Threat/Encyclopedia/Entry.aspx?name=Backdoor%3aWin32%2fCycbot.B&threatid=2147638815

It says it has removed it, but when I reboot it picks it up yet again. MBAM and S&D are also doing this; saying it is gone when it is not. I need help as I really don't know how I'm going to get rid of this. I'm currently downloading a trial of Avira Premium as it should be more powerful that MSE.

Your help and advice will be appreciated greatly.
